When registering your child for school you will need the following:

• Your child's original Birth Certificate*

• Two (2) forms of proof of residency within Oceanport or Sea Bright, including one from each category listed below:

  • Category A

    • Deed

    • Mortgage Statement

    • Property Tax Bill

    • Lease Agreement (or other evidence of property ownership, tenancy, or residency)

  • Category B

    • Driver's License

    • Voter Registration

    • Major Utility Bill

    • Financial Statement

• The following forms printed** and completed:

  • Registration Form

  • Residency Affidavit

  • Health History Form

  • Medical Exam Form

  • Dental Report Form

  • Emergency Form

  • Home Language Survey

  • Student Records Request (if transferring from another school or district)

Once you have gathered all the necessary items, information, and/or documentation please bring everything to the Wolf Hill Elementary School Main Office.

*Please, keep in mind that your child must be:

• Age 3 prior to 9/1/2024 to be eligible for enrollment in Pre-K or

• Age 5 prior to 10/1/2024 to be eligible for enrollment in Kindergarten.

**Printed copies of the forms are also available in the Wolf Hill Elementary School Main Office if you are unable to print them yourself.
