The Oceanport School District offers a full day integrated preschool program for three- and four-year olds who are residents of Oceanport and Sea Bright. The program is designed to bring preschoolers, with and without special needs, together in an integrated environment. Research has shown that all students benefit from this type of program. Please note children must be toilet trained by the first day of school.

Sessions are held five days per week 8:35am-2:15pm.

Enrollment is open to a limited number of preschool students without special needs, who are selected via a lottery process. All students will be chosen and numbered in the order of the lottery selection. Based on the number of openings, children who qualify are offered enrollment in the program. The remaining children are placed on a waiting list.

To qualify for the Pre-K lottery, students must have attained the age of 3 or 4 on or before September 1st and have not met the age requirement to enter kindergarten. Parents/caregivers must complete the Google Form in order for their child(ren) to be entered into the lottery.

Please note that there is no before or after care services for our preschool students at this time. However, the District is looking into this as a possibility within the scope of our PreK expansion aid.
